Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who can turn our technical content and client stories into traffic, leads, and community visibility.
This is an execution-heavy role — part content distribution, part growth marketing — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Repurpose blogs, videos, and case studies into posts and threads for LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
- Build and manage a weekly content-distribution calendar.
- Collaborate with the content, SEO, and video teams to amplify every asset across multiple channels.
- Identify relevant developer communities, newsletters, and platforms for content syndication.
- Track and report weekly metrics (traffic, engagement, leads).
- Support campaign initiatives such as case-study series, lead magnets, or newsletter launches.
- Continuously test new content formats and growth ideas.
