Location : Bangalore (No relocation / outstation candidates)

Description

We are seeking a dynamic BPO Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales and business process outsourcing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Eligibility :

Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass & Above
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable BPO solutions.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with BPO services and industry trends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Job Details :

Salary : 15,000 – 35,000 + (Take Home)

Shift : Rotational Shifts

Week Offs : Rotational Offs

Cab Facility : 2-way cab provided (Night Shift only)

Work Mode : On-site (Bangalore)
