Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Coimbatore. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, develop and implement design strategies, create visual designs, and build prototypes. Daily tasks include applying design thinking principles, evaluating user needs, performing user testing, and continuously enhancing the user experience through iterative design processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design and Visual Design
• Experience with Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Skills in Prototyping to create interactive user experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
