Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Java Developer

In this role, you will focus on ease of development, testing, and deployment in a research-heavy ecosystem. You will be working on Java applications responsible for delivering platform capabilities and supporting the asset management workflows.

Responsibilities

• .Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices for trade lifecycle, position lifecycle, and middle-office workflows.
• .Build and optimize API integrations design messaging and event-driven patterns.
• .Manage data layers using PostgreSQL for transactions and Snowflake for analytics.
• .Drive cloud-native operations on AWS with Kubernetes (EKS), Kafka, and CI / CD pipelines.
• .Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers for best practices.
• .Strong background in financial services and capital markets, with expertise in trade and position lifecycle and middle-office activities like asset management reconciliation and accounting.
