Key Responsibilities :
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs, courses, and admission process.
Handle inbound / outbound calls and walk-in inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions by effectively explaining offerings and benefits.
Maintain follow-up with students through calls, emails, and meetings.
Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and revenue.
Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with students.
Maintain accurate reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–2 years of proven sales / counselling experience in the education industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
