Position : Deputy / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager Location : MNRU – Y Junction Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Deputy / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both ad agencies and the education sector , understanding how to blend creative strategies with measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM, Email & Social Media Marketing .

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards .

Manage social media presence and create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team.

Assist in lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.

Prepare detailed weekly / monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in digital marketing , especially in ad agencies and education sector .

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools .

Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is preferred.

Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop .

Excellent communication, team coordination, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or Business Administration .

Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO preferred.
