Job description
- We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Automation and ABM Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in implementing and managing HubSpot automation, lead and account scoring, email sequence automation, and ABM strategies
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demand base, and RollWorks is essential
- This role is critical to driving our marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of targeted campaigns
Key Responsibilities :
HubSpot Automation :
Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot.Create and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automated communications.Develop and execute email sequence automation to nurture leads and engage with prospects.Implement lead scoring and account scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads effectively.Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Account-Based Marketing (ABM) :
Develop and execute ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on account targeting and personalized content creation.Create and manage account-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific target accounts.Utilize ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, and RollWorks to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.Measure and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Technical Expertise :
Utilize HubSpots suite of tools, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation, to drive marketing initiatives.Ensure data integrity and segmentation within HubSpot, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot and ABM tools, providing solutions and optimizations.Workflow Implementation and Management :
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.Continuously optimize workflows based on performance metrics and feedback.Reporting and Analytics :
Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.Provide in-depth reporting and analysis on campaign performance, lead and account scoring effectiveness, and overall marketing impact.o Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation and ABM efforts.Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and ABM techniques.Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, lead and account scoring, email sequence automation, and ABM strategies.Strong technical skills and proficiency in HubSpot CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing automation workflows and ABM campaigns.Hands-on experience with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, and RollWorks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Preferred Qualifications :HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, and / or ABM.Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.Knowledge of other marketing automation and CRM platforms.Skills Required
