Project Manager -NetSuite

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in project delivery, a strong understanding of SLAs and quality metrics, and a proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage 1–3 concurrent projects across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development (web and mobile).
• Lead teams of 10+ resources (employees and contractors) across different functional and technical domains.
• Drive all phases of the project lifecycle including kickoff meetings, cadence calls, requirements gathering, design and status reviews.
• Serve as a key customer-facing stakeholder ensuring clear communication, transparency, and satisfaction throughout project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with onsite teams and customers to foster account growth and long-term relationships.
• Maintain strict adherence to delivery methodologies and internal project governance practices.
• Track and report on key project metrics including timelines, effort, quality, and cost control.
• Promote process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
