About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Teacher Success Lead to drive the success, engagement, and professional growth of our teaching community. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our educators deliver outstanding learning experiences while feeling empowered, supported, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teacher Onboarding & Training
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new teachers.
- Conduct training workshops on curriculum, pedagogy, classroom engagement, and technology platforms.
- Ensure teachers are well-versed with teaching methodologies and company standards.
2. Teacher Engagement & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for teachers, addressing queries and concerns promptly.Build strong relationships with teachers to enhance motivation and retention.Develop strategies to improve teacher satisfaction and reduce attrition.3. Performance Management
Monitor teaching quality through regular feedback, student outcomes, and class observations.Set clear KPIs and benchmarks for teacher performance.Provide coaching, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement plans for educators.4. Professional Development
Create and implement professional growth programs (certifications, workshops, webinars).Identify skill gaps and arrange targeted upskilling sessions.Encourage innovation in teaching methodologies and classroom practices.5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Partner with Curriculum, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of learning experiences.Collaborate with the Student Success team to align teacher performance with learner outcomes.Provide insights from teachers to improve curriculum, tools, and processes.6. Data-Driven Insights
Track and analyze teacher performance data, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.Create reports for leadership with actionable insights to drive decision-making.Use analytics to proactively address teacher challenges.Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Technology, Management, or related field.3+ years of experience in teacher management, academic operations, training, or similar roles (preferably in EdTech or K-12 / skill-based education).Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, pedagogy, and classroom engagement strategies.Excellent people management, communication, and coaching skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Proficiency in using LMS, CRM, or EdTech platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Moodle, Zoom).Why Join Us?
