All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

About the role :

As an ERP Reporting & Quality Manager to oversee the reporting frameworks and quality assurance processes across our ERP operations for Europe region. This role will ensure data integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple ERP platforms supporting business functions in the region.

Key responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Compliance :

Establish and enforce quality standards and controls across ERP processes.

Monitor data accuracy, system performance, and user compliance with ERP protocols.

Lead periodic audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.

Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve ERP data and process quality.

Lead periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies

Collaborate with internal audit and risk teams to close gaps and improve ERP governance.

Maintain documentation and evidence for audit readiness and regulatory reviews.

Reporting & Analytics :

Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards for ERP operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational and compliance reports.

Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes using tools like Tableau, or native ERP reporting modules.

Stakeholder Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for ERP reporting and quality matters for Europe region

Work closely with functional leads, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and quality procedures.

Continuous Improvement :

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Lead initiatives to enhance ERP usability, reporting accuracy, and process reliability.

Stay updated on ERP best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Stay current with SAP innovations and industry best practices to recommend enhancements

Analyze ERP data to identify inefficiencies, root causes of quality issues, and areas for automation.

Drive initiatives to improve data accuracy, reporting reliability, and user experience.

Preferred Attributes :

Experience working in a multi-country ERP environment.

Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Strong people and stakeholder management skills

7+ years of experience in ERP operations, reporting, or quality management.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Experience with data governance, compliance, and audit processes.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English
