Knowledge on SIEM Tools and DDoS would be a plus.Maintains and administers perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.Modifies and maintains network security policy.Designs and implements remote connectivity solutions including IPSec VPN, PPTP, and SSLVPNMonitors security system logs (i.e. intrusion detection system, firewall system logs, etc.) and reports on discovered anomalies or problems.Uses sniffers and other tools to troubleshoot and isolate network problems.Assists with network security assessments for potential business partners.Keeps fully abreast of trends and changing technologies in Information Security fields. Engages in continuous process improvement.Performs other related duties as may be required.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant field.Minimum of 3 to 6 years directly related work experience in Network / security administrationPrior hands-on professional experience must include Cisco Routers , Switches, F5, A10 SLB / GSLB, Fortigate UTM, Juniper Firewalls & UTM, and Checkpoint Firewalls & UTM, Cisco ASA & UTM . Knowledge on SIEM Toolsand DDoS would be a plus.
- Working knowledge of network security, Checkpoint firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies,
and networking protocols including SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP / IP, and SNMP.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential.
