Role : Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead

Required Technical Skill Set : Salesforce (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud)

Experience : 4 to 12 years

Location : PAN India

Notice Period : 30 Days

Job Description : -

Must-Have : -

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development practices
  • Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform.
  • Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and deliver modern, responsive user interfaces.
  • Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good-to-Have : -

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of Service Now and JIRA
  • Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.

    • Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role : -

  • Should have working knowledge on Apex programming language and LWC components.
  • Should be able to create custom apex classes and triggers
  • Need to work with JIRA and Service now tool
