Anamika Ananth is a boutique fashion label rooted in indigenous textiles and crafts, creating contemporary pieces for a global audience. We are seeking a proactive and analytical operations professional to support our growing design house. As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with the founder / creative director, gaining firsthand experience in growing and scaling a purpose-driven business in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Artisan Management : Source fabrics and trims; maintain a database of vendors and artisans.
• Supply Chain Coordination : Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Inventory Oversight : Monitor and manage current inventory levels across product lines.
• Merchandising & Retail Liaison : Coordinate with store representatives; support merchandising efforts.
• Market & Product Research : Analyze viability for new product lines and expansion opportunities.
• Performance Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports with actionable insights.
• Creative Support (Bonus) : Assist with shoot planning and social media coordination as needed.
