We have therefore designed our platform likewise enabling partners and investors to manage needs from a single place. Yubi Group through its subsidiary Aspero specializes in high-rated, short-term non-convertible debentures (NCDs) across the credit rating scale. Aspero offerings yield between 8% to 15%, providing returns that outpace traditional investments like fixed deposits and mutual funds.In the last 4 years of our existence, we have earned the trust & support of the wealth ecosystem. Our goal is to democratize access to high quality financial products to consumers in India through technology & enabling access to investors across categories.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the onboarding and engagement process for HNIs, family offices, and corporate treasuries, aligning their investment strategies with a full spectrum of investment products.
Provide thought leadership at industry forums for family offices, treasuries, and HNIs, helping manage their portfolios and inform investment trends. Collaborate with Yubi Markets' Products team to develop relevant offerings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to understand product specifications and tailor investment solutions to clients' risk profiles, optimizing capital market returns.
Develop and expand sales propositions by onboarding investors for comprehensive portfolio management and risk analysis solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Extensive experience understanding family office requirements and investment product offerings, ideally with 15-20 years in a wealth management setting.

In-depth knowledge of structured credit deals and equity markets.

Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively pitch a diverse range of debt products to HNIs and family offices.

Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and digital marketing channels for promoting product offerings.
