Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Wedding Production Manager. The role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of wedding events from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors, supervising setup and breakdown, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing real-time challenges during events. The Wedding Production Manager will also handle budgeting, logistics, and team coordination to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

• Proven expertise in Event Planning, Wedding Coordination, and Logistics Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Time Management
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Educational background in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience with large-scale or destination wedding planning is a plus
• Proficiency in event software tools or project management platforms is an advantage
