Quick Commerce Manager (Q-Commerce)

About Not Rocket Science (NRS) NRS makes clean ready-to-drink nutrition (Protein Punch RTD; Plant Power RTD). We sell via  Shopify (D2C) ,  Amazon , and  Quick Commerce (Blinkit & Swiggy Instamart) .

Why this role exists We’re expanding q-commerce city by city. Your #1 job is  availability + velocity : accurate listings, steady replenishment to DCs, on-platform visibility, and a weekly business rhythm.

Responsibilities (you own end-to-end) Availability & Replenishment

Set  DC min / max , plan ASINs, prevent weekend / promo OOS; track GRN / RTV.

Daily monitor  fill-rate ,  OOS ,  price mismatches ,  penalties / tickets ; resolve Catalog & Content Hygiene

Keep titles / images / packs / barcodes / GST / claims correct and  parity across platforms / cities .

Promos & Visibility (light growth)

Execute 4-week  promo / tiles  calendar; basic on-platform boosts; track ROI and cost / order.

Category-facing : secure recurring placements, reinstatements, bundles.

Reporting & Forecast

Daily Slack / WhatsApp alerts for OOS / fill-rate; weekly  WBR : GMV / units by city, fill-rate, OOS, penalties, promo ROI, actions.

Success metrics (your 60-day scorecard) Fill-rate ≥97% ;  OOS ≤3% ;  ≥85% DCs  fully in-stock daily

Penalties ; all tickets  closed

Growth : GMV & units by city;  ≥2 recurring placements  per platform in top cities

Expansion : HYD & DEL live with parity inside  30 days

Tools you’ll use Portals :  Blinkit / Instamart seller / category portals (orders, pricing, promos, tickets)

Dashboards :  Vendor dashboards; Google Sheets / Looker Studio (basic views)

Collaboration Founder (Arjun) — decisions / escalations

Strategy Consultant — pricing / promo strategy (you execute)

Brand Lead — compliant creatives / claims

E-comm — assets & light creatives; D2C alignment

Warehouse / 3PL — ASN cadence & inventory health

Must-have qualifications 2–4 years  in quick-commerce / marketplace ops ( Blinkit / Instamart experience strongly preferred )

Hands-on with  DC replenishment, ASN / GRN, tickets / penalties, catalog hygiene

Strong  Excel / Sheets ; OMS experience ( Unicommerce / EasyEcom )

Category-facing communication; owner mindset; comfortable as  IC  initially

Nice-to-have FMCG / beverage background; multi-city scale-up

Basic  Looker Studio / SQL ; experience setting DC  min / max

Compensation & location ₹7–10 LPA fixed
