About the Role :
We are seeking visionary leaders to spearhead our SAP Practice at GyanSys, Bangalore. The Director - SAP Practice will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale SAP S / 4HANA programs, shaping delivery excellence, building high-performing teams, and supporting business growth through strong pre-sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage large delivery teams (500+ members), ensuring high performance, productivity, and career development.
- Drive end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformations across multiple industry verticals.
- Partner with executive leadership to define practice strategy, build market differentiation, and deliver business outcomes.
- Engage with clients in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal shaping, bringing consulting rigor and domain expertise.
- Establish delivery frameworks, best practices, and governance models to ensure scalable, predictable, and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with business development teams to identify opportunities, create value propositions, and support proposal / RFP processes.
- Mentor and develop practice leaders, managers, and consultants to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Leadership Experience : Proven track record of managing large teams (500+ members).Career Stability : Demonstrated career progression and stable tenure in prior roles.SAP Expertise : Deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA ecosystem applications and platforms.Consulting Background : Strong consulting experience, ideally with Big 5 firms.Pre-Sales Acumen : Proven success in presales, solutioning, and customer engagement in addition to delivery 11+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Products.11+ years of experience in SAP ERP delivery and management.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in pre-sales.Current or previous designation at Director / Senior Manager level (or above).(ref : iimjobs.com)
