About the Organisation

We are partnering with a leading global consulting organisation that is expanding its Centres of Excellence across India. These centres support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for major clients, delivering complex, enterprise-grade projects across multiple technology domains.

As part of this growth, the organisation is scaling its ServiceNow practice, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM and HRSD.

Role Summary

We are hiring ServiceNow Developers with ITSM or ITOM or HRSD expertise at the Associate and Senior Associate levels. You will join a dedicated ServiceNow delivery team working on high-impact projects within a global consulting environment for an intial 12 month contract.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week onsite, and involves close collaboration with architects, global delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM or ITOM modules

Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom configurations

Deliver solutions aligned with best practices and out-of-the-box platform capabilities

Participate in requirement sessions, solution design discussions, and technical workshops

Support unit testing, UAT, and defect triage throughout delivery cycles

Provide module expertise and platform guidance

Assist with platform enhancements, deployments, and production support

Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and design specs

Work closely with architects, BAs, QA teams, and global stakeholders

Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies across multi-regional teams

Skills & Experience Required

2–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong knowledge of : ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Catalog, Request, Workflow) or

ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integrations) or HRSD.

Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of ServiceNow scripting

Experience with REST / SOAP integrations

Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models

Desirable

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM / ITOM)

Consulting or global delivery experience

Background working in Centres of Excellence or Acceleration Centre models
