Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Minimum 9 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Should have done to end to end implementation for the two of the below modules
• Talent Management (GoaL, Performance, Career development, Succession planning, Talent review)
• Fusion Learn
• Fusion ORC
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Must have good understanding of AIM / OUM processes / phases and documentation
