About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist who can solve high-impact consumer product challenges using a mix of deep learning, classic ML, and strong analytical thinking. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to build intelligent models that enhance user experience, drive personalization, and unlock growth opportunities at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build, train, and optimize deep learning models (Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers depending on use-case)
- Develop and deploy traditional ML solutions for prediction, classification, segmentation, and recommendation systems
- Work with large-scale consumer datasets (behavioral, engagement, transaction, funnel-level)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into measurable product or revenue outcomes
- Experiment with new modeling techniques, automate workflows, and enhance data reliability and evaluation frameworks
- Own model lifecycle : problem framing → data prep → development → deployment → performance monitoring
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science in B2C or D2C product environmentsStrong expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)Solid grounding in classic ML algorithms , feature engineering & model interpretabilityProficiency with Python, SQL, and modern data manipulation toolsExperience deploying models into production using MLOps best practices (AWS / GCP / Azure, CI / CD is a plus)Strong understanding of statistics, experiment design (A / B testing), and evaluation methodsOwnership mindset and ability to break down ambiguous problems into scalable data solutions
