About the Role -

Job Description –

  • As an Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, screen, and recruit qualified candidates to fill internal job openings within the organization.
  • You will collaborate with hiring managers / department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with potential candidates through personalized messaging, emails, and phone calls to assess their fitment for the open positions.
  • Screening resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and conduct / coordinate their interviews.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers for their staffing needs, providing regular updates and ensure end to end positive / seamless candidate experience.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years proven experience as a recruiter in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
