Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive based in Pune. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role involves working on budgeting and financial analysis, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounts Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and assist in optimizing cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and tax filing procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors is a must.
