Your Role

As a Specialist you will lead projects related to enhancing the overall guest experience and will be responsible for executing high-level guest engagement strategies. You will also oversee the specialist team and report on key performance metrics.

About You

• Lead Implementation of Guest Experience Improvement Projects.
• Supervise and Mentor Specialists in the Department.
• Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams.
• Prepare and Present Reports on Guest Experience Metrics
• Facilitate communication between teams to address guest needs effectively.
• Compile and analyse data related to guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Present findings and recommendations to management to drive strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the same field.
