POSITION OBJECTIVE
Directly contribute to talent retention and development from Onboarding to Retiring, fostering a high-performance culture and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This position is the main point of contact for FBS team members and is the primary in-country FBS contact for Farmers HR Business Partners and Farmers managers, addressing and supporting their people related matters ensuring alignment with policies and processes as well as compliance with local laws.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for in-country service delivery, ensuring alignment with FBS policies and KPIs
2. Manage executive HR services and support the implementation of global HR initiatives.
3. Partner with Process Transformation team to lead change management efforts across the region.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams (Compensation, TA, etc.) to ensure in-country policies and processes are aligned with evolving business needs.
5. Provide guidance to HR teams and business leaders on talent retention, development, performance management and employee relations matters
6. Develop and implement large-scale, high-impact projects and programs; provide strategic insights on people and workplace matters.
Lead and contribute to all FBS talent projects and business continuity plan
