This role is ideal for individuals passionate about EdTech, operations, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.✅ Qualifications & Eligibility- Graduate in any discipline- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)- Prior experience in EdTech or startup environments is an advantage- Must have own laptop️ Skills & Requirements- Good understanding of CA / CS / Commerce student concerns (preferred)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive (mandatory)- Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality- Ability to multitask and deliver results within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)Key Responsibilities- Freelancer Onboarding & Coordination : Manage the complete onboarding and engagement process for freelancers (FLs).- Doubt Resolution Scheduling : Align and schedule FLs for doubt-solving sessions ensuring timely responses.- Audit & Quality Assurance : Review academic responses to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Copy Checking & Evaluation : Oversee content evaluation and ensure timely completion.- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Maintain and analyze FL performance metrics for internal review.- Finance Support : Assist in monthly
