Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Real Estate Sales Associate role based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property visits, assisting clients with buying, selling or rental transactions, and staying updated on current market trends. The Sales Associate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a seamless real estate experience while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and practices associated with the real estate industry
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities for building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Lucknow is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous but not required
