Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)

Shift : 24×7 Rotational (Including Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift

    • Education :

  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.

    • Experience :

  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–1 years) are welcome.
