Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Sourcing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes and deliver value through digital sourcing transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience , with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing .
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes .
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
