UX / UI Designer

We're looking for a hybrid designer who blends systems thinking, sharp UX instincts, and strong visual craft, someone who can move seamlessly from problem-solving to pixel-perfect execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Research : Know when to investigate and when to move. Use research, insights, and data to shape decisions and elevate the user experience.
• Turn Problems into Products : Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable design solutions that balance usability, feasibility, and delight.
• Wireframe & Prototype with Purpose : Create clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes at speed- communicating ideas with precision and intent.
• Test, Learn, Iterate : Validate concepts through usability testing and prototyping, ensuring each iteration moves the product meaningfully forward.
• Craft Beautiful Interfaces : Design visually rich, pixel-perfect screens with mastery of grids, typography, spacing, and visual harmony.
• Build & Maintain Design Systems : Develop cohesive visual systems, reusable UI libraries, and scalable components that drive consistency across touchpoints.
• Design for Interaction : Bring interfaces to life with micro-interactions, motion cues, and thoughtful transitions that enhance usability and emotional connection.
• Tell the Story : Create narrative-led designs where clarity, emotion, and intention guide every screen and decision.
• Design Across Breakpoints : Deliver responsive, cross-platform interfaces that adapt elegantly to multiple form factors.
• Collaborate Deeply : Partner with UX, content, product, technology, and leadership teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Work Smart with Tools : Be fluent in Figma, FigJam and leverage AI tools to accelerate thinking and execution.
