Lead Developer Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Developer to drive our e-commerce development initiatives forward.

• Main Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the Shopify ecosystem and full-stack development capabilities.

Key tasks include technical strategy, mentoring developers, ensuring robust code delivery, and creating development standards and best practices.

Developing custom Shopify themes from scratch using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React / Next.js is essential.

The successful candidate will also build and integrate complex backend functionalities using Node.js, Express.js, PHP or server-side language.

Excellent collaboration and project management skills are required to work with stakeholders, designers, and project managers to define business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

Reviewing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams is crucial.

The Lead Developer will mentor junior and mid-level developers, provide guidance on technical challenges, and promote professional growth.

Conducting thorough code reviews and pair programming sessions is vital.

The successful candidate will optimize application performance through debugging, refactoring, and implementing best practices.
