Qualification- BE-Mechanical

The Head Engineering is responsible for leading and managing the engineering team of product vertical in the engineering department. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the necessary technical, quality, and cost requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the product engineering team, including providing technical guidance, performance management, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external customers to define product requirements and develop project plans
• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for products, including 3D modeling, prototyping, and testing
• Review mechanical analysis, including finite element analysis (FEA), tolerance analysis, and failure analysis, to evaluate and improve the performance of mechanical systems and components
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and processes related to mechanical design and analysis
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure that products can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations on the suitability of mechanical systems and components for the intended application
• Generate reports and technical documents to communicate results of mechanical analysis to internal stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure that products meet applicable industry standards and regulations
