Art Director

We’re hiring Art Director (Work From Office – Chalakudy, Kerala | Malayalam required).

We’re looking for a designer strong in packaging, print-ready artwork, branding, FMCG design , and social media creatives . A full-time on-site role for someone who can mix creativity with strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities Create standout packaging designs aligned with brand goals.

Develop and manage print-ready artwork (labels, brochures, flyers, marketing collaterals).

Lead branding projects — logos, brand guidelines, visual systems.

Design high-impact social creatives (posts, ads, carousels, stories).

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visuals.

Coordinate with print vendors (dielines & print specs required).

Team management and guiding junior designers when needed.

Stay updated with design and market trends relevant to FMCG and digital design.

Requirements 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to FMCG packaging & branding .

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (AE / Canva is a plus).

Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, and digital design.

Solid understanding of print production techniques and social media trends.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead creatively.

Must know Malayalam.

What We Offer Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)
