Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (new and existing).
  • Implement and configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and connectors for Odoo.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 13 / 14 / 15 / 16).
  • Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.
  • Good understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
  • Experience in Odoo API integration (REST / SOAP, XML-RPC).
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies : JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, QWeb.
  • Proficient with Git, Docker, and deployment practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

    • Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :

  • Experience with Odoo.
  • sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition.
  • Knowledge of Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Contribution to the Odoo community (open-source projects, modules)
