Job Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts in Loan IQ, ensuring robust design, efficient coding, and thorough testing.
- Manage the integration and customization of SDKs within the Loan IQ platform to meet business requirements.
- Utilize Core Java for developing high-performance, scalable applications and integrations with Loan IQ.
- Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to align on business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
- Guide, mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven work environment.
- Oversee and manage team performance, offering feedback and coaching to support professional growth and goal achievement.
- Adhere to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor platform stability, address technical debt, and drive modernization efforts as needed to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, removing blockers and providing technical direction as required.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
At least 3+ years of experience in the LoanIQ SDK programming with a very good working knowledge on the APIs, Core Java, LoanIQ interfaces and other lending related applications, Spring Boot, RESTful, Elastic Search, XML, JSON, SQL..Loan IQ Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ, including implementation, configuration, customization, implementation.SDK Integration : Proficiency with SDKs relevant to Loan IQ, with experience in integrating, customizing, and optimizing them for enhanced functionality.Core Java Development : Expert-level skills in Core Java, with experience building complex, high-performance applications.Technical Leadership : Proven ability to lead development projects, make strategic technical decisions, and align team efforts with project goals.Hands-On Development : Ability to stay hands-on with coding and development, particularly for complex technical challenges and high-priority tasks.People Management : Experience managing and mentoring technical teams, providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career growth.Collaboration and Communication : Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and to translate technical concepts into business terms.Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a track record of applying Agile principles to manage development work.Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI / CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
