The Job

You will be responsible for :

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)

  • Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
  • Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
  • Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
  • Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.
  • Field Sales

  • Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
  • Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT.
  • Operational

  • Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.
  • The Profile

  • Education : Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
  • Experience : 6 months - 2 years in credit card or financial product sales (Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in approaching customers directly
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms
