We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development of scalable, innovative, and intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in C#, .NET, Python, AWS , and advanced experience in AI / ML and Generative AI technologies. With 8–13 years of proven experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying full stack solutions that power next-generation products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and cloud infrastructure.

This is a senior engineering role where you will be expected to leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to deliver high-performance, secure, and future-ready applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C#, .NET , and Python , ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Cloud Deployment & Architecture : Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on AWS , leveraging services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• AI / ML & GenAI Integration : Collaborate with data scientists to build, integrate, and optimize machine learning models and Generative AI solutions within enterprise-grade applications.
• System Design & Architecture : Participate in high-level system architecture decisions, ensuring efficient design patterns, scalability, and best practices in microservices and API-driven architecture.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor, test, and optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Security & Compliance : Implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and secure coding standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and UI / UX teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentorship & Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Research & Innovation : Stay updated on the latest trends in AI / ML, Generative AI, and cloud-native architectures , and drive innovation by proposing new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
