Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CS & Operations Executive with strong experience in CPA / CPI campaign management, client servicing, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth campaign delivery, high-quality execution, and excellent client experience in the performance marketing ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Campaign Execution & Management

• Manage end-to-end campaign fulfilment including ad trafficking, QA / testing, and campaign scheduling.
• Launch and monitor campaigns as per Release Orders (RO) and ensure all delivery parameters are adhered to.
• Optimize CPA / CPI campaigns proactively to meet performance KPIs and drive successful outcomes.
• Track daily pacing, conversions, lead quality, and overall campaign health.
