At Porter , we automate marketing reporting and data analysis for teams and agencies. We let marketers connect their data to reporting tools or data warehouses and build workflows to automate tasks with AI. Our mission is to make marketers faster with data and AI.
We are a small team with about 1,500 customers, and about $1M ARR. We are product-led, which means marketing is not a support function; it is the main acquisition channel.
Our acquisition strategy follows a land-and-expand model. Every month, our self-service product brings in thousands of small marketing teams and agencies. To keep scaling that inbound volume, we’re launching n8n-style workflows that extend the product’s value and reach. With this growth and our inbound motion combined, we aim to surface and convert more qualified prospects into our higher-tier service (~$1K / month) for sending marketing data to data warehouses.
To give you an idea, our marketing looks a bit like Zapier with programmatic SEO and tutorials, Ahrefs with YouTube as a main channel, n8n with templates and community, and tools like Lovable or Clay that push the idea of the “marketing engineer”.
When we say growth, we mean the full cycle : acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation. This role is mainly about acquisition, but because we are product-led, you will also be close to onboarding, automations, and pricing.

What you will do
Create and distribute content such as tutorials, videos, and posts (SEO and YouTube drive our revenue today). Our YouTube channel has already +1M views.Develop and optimise our content system to scale and manage 1000s of pages.Explore new channels, including community, webinars, partnerships, social media, and paid distribution.Test growth ideas with the founder, including gamification with credits, referral programs, contests, and UGC.Use product and engineering leverage for programmatic SEO, guides generation, and translations at scale.Manage freelancers / agents for delegating repetitive tasksBuild distribution, demand, and reputation in the marketing community.Who You Are
3+ years of experience → You’ve worked in marketing before, particularly in acquisition roles.Generalist → You’ll be the first full-time marketer at Porter, working directly with a founder. This means owning and running all tactics and experiments across channels.Fluent in English → You must speak English (native or fluent). Ideally bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).Writing → You write well, you have taste, and you can spot AI-generated content and improve it. Bonus points if you can show us what you have written before.Video Generation → You like recording yourself and feel comfortable on camera. You can edit and do cool visuals. We don’t need Hollywood quality; we need speed and experimentation.Technical → If we talk about ads, CRM, Vibe coding, workflows, BigQuery, or Looker Studio, you know enough to have a real conversation.You are Tactical → you prefer execution over meetings.You are Creative → you have taste, storytelling skills, and respect for craft.Curious → you go deep into product, market, and tech.Insightful → not only viral tricks, but thoughtful content with depth.Engineering mindset → you can think of building systems, rather than tactics.Our culture and values

Compensation
We don’t publish a fixed salary because it is adjusted by location and experience. We aim to pay fairly so you can focus only on Porter. This is a full-time position, not a temporary assignment. We encourage people from any country to apply.
