Ebizon - Business Analyst

About the Role :

EbizON is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple technology-driven projects. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical teams while ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into clear deliverables for internal stakeholders
• Lead project planning, tracking, and performance monitoring
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis Drive project reporting and status updates
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely sign-offs Support implementation and post-deployment activities Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, QA, and operations teams Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping
• Prior IT project exposure is mandatory
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
