Customer Support Associate (Premium Women Fashion Brand)

At Surma, we’re building a womenswear brand that makes Everyday Beautiful—with thoughtfully designed clothing made in the finest cotton / linen. We’re growing fast and are looking for someone who can help us make every customer interaction feel warm, helpful, and effortless.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the first point of contact for our customers—across WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
• Respond to queries related to orders, sizing, exchanges, returns, and general brand information
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to resolve customer issues
• Keep internal systems updated with customer interactions and resolution notes
• Share feedback with the team to help improve our products, policies, and communication
• Use multiple tools required to answer all kinds of customer queries.
