Role -

The role will provide strategic leadership across all financial operations, ensuring robust fiscal management, Financial control, Taxation, Business planning, costing, Audits, etc.

Key Responsibility -

Financial Management

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.

Ensure that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Provide strong accounts leadership, including consolidation of financial statements across all portfolio companies.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies

Financial Reporting

Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.

Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.

Compliance

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across financial functions including taxation.

Oversee internal audit and statutory audit processes across all portfolio companies

Board Governance & Process Management

Work closely with Company Secretary on board meeting processes including preparing presentations, board packs, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Investor Relations

Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning

Lead the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and evaluate the economics of strategic expansion prospects.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor the finance team and foster a culture of excellence.

Collaborate with business and functional heads to align financial decisions with business goals.
