Job Description
MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of
Digital Design Intern to support social media initiatives and the creation of marketing and brand assets. The ideal candidate will contribute to the end-to-end creative process by designing visually compelling materials while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital and print assets.
This role works closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into effective design solutions, applying core design principles and incorporating feedback to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned visuals on time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and effective designs for digital platforms, such as creating visuals for social media, designing marketing materials, and contributing to the overall creative process
- Adhere to brand guidelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and aesthetics
- Work closely with the creative team, key stakeholders, and different functions of the marketing team to understand the requirements of a creative brief, apply first principles of thinking, and execute design solutions
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand guidelines
What You Will Bring - Skills Needed
- Well-versed with contemporary design patterns and best practices across web, apps, and print mediums
- Strong portfolio of Visual design, Events, Campaign & Print media - Brochures, One Pagers, etc.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or relevant coursework in Graphic Design or a related field, or an outstanding portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
