Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer - NLP / LLM

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI / ML Engineer to design and implement intelligent, scalable machine learning solutions. In this role, you will work on a variety of cutting-edge projects involving predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Google BERT, and Cohere. Your work will directly contribute to building next-generation AI-driven features across our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and deploy machine learning models to analyze, monitor, and predict IT system behavior
• Design and implement NLP pipelines for extracting insights from unstructured data
• Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational AI and automated decision-making
• Optimize ML pipelines for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-powered features and solutions
