Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Opposite Turbhe Station)

Salary : Up to ₹7 LPA (CTC)

Mode : Work from Office

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Apply advanced sourcing strategies for niche talent.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–8 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
