Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support professionals with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in International Voice – Inbound calls . The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in US shifts (24×7) and be open to a Work From Office model.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer calls and resolve queries effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service (C1 communication level) with professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines .
- Manage B2B / inbound voice process efficiently with customer-first approach.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Must-Have Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice (Inbound Customer Support) .Excellent verbal and written communication skills (SVAR C1 / CRT 72%+).Ability to handle customers with empathy, patience, and clarity.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Full-time 15 years of education with degree certificate & mark sheets.Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate (preferred) .Experience in B2B / inbound voice customer support .Immediate joiners will be given priority.What We Offer
