Job descriptionManage all secretarial compliances, board / committee meetings, minutes, filings, and statutory registers. Handle SEBI / ROC / Stock Exchange communication and listed-company governance. Support IPO-related documentation and regulatory processes. CTC capped at ₹8 LPA . Candidates with higher expectations will not be considered.
Requirements :
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with 6+ years of experience .
- Mandatory : Experience handling IPO / listed company compliances.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, LODR, and board / annual filings.
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
- Must be based in Kolkata.
