Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct product demos, consultations, or walkthroughs (in-person or virtually)
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain records using CRM tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Mentor junior associates and support onboarding of new team members

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account management
  • Experience in B2C or B2B environments depending on industry
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • (Preferred) Experience in [Retail / SaaS / Real Estate / Telecom / EdTech] sales
