Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct product demos, consultations, or walkthroughs (in-person or virtually)
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records using CRM tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Mentor junior associates and support onboarding of new team members
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account managementExperience in B2C or B2B environments depending on industryProficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment(Preferred) Experience in [Retail / SaaS / Real Estate / Telecom / EdTech] salesSkills Required
