Tech Lead (Senior.NET Developer with React)

Job Description : Senior .NET Developer with React (5+ Years Experience) Location : Remote

Responsibilities :

Lead the development of robust web applications using .NET and react.

Architect and design scalable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.

Implement advanced features and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with product management to define project scope and objectives.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience in .NET development.

2+ Year Extensive experience with React and modern front-end frameworks.

1+ Years in Azure, DevOps

Proven experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Experience with SQL Server or other database technologies.
