This involves creating technical designs, overseeing governance and best practices, and providing strategic technical leadership on large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Design : Define and lead the overall Salesforce architecture vision, aligning it with business goals and the Salesforce platform roadmap.
• Solution Development : Design scalable and sustainable solutions that consider factors like governor limits, APIs, and data volume. Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom solutions are needed.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed across implementations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical experts to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions.
• Governance and Best Practices : Develop and enforce technical standards, governance processes, and best practices for Salesforce development and data security.
• Project Oversight : Lead or participate in the definition and scoping of projects, provide accurate workload estimates, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Innovation and Improvement : Stay current with new Salesforce features and advise on emerging technologies. Review existing implementations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and other architectural artifacts.
• Integration : Design and manage integrations with other enterprise systems, often involving middleware solutions like MuleSoft.
