    Insight Global is seeking an Application Support Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting the Nice inContact platform. This position is located in Bengaluru and there is a 3 days a week onsite requirement. This role is part of our Platform Team and is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our contact center applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
